| All applicants must be certified in CPR, and certification must be current. CPR certification must be through the American Heart Association (Health Care Provider) or American Red Cross (Professional Rescuer). |
| Students are responsible for maintaining CPR certification while enrolled in the Program. |

| Although we do not require a course in medical terminology, accepted students must pass a proficiency test in medical terminology at the time of enrollment. |
