Dr. Ginat W. Mirowski is Associate Professor of Clinical Dermatology at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University in 1981, her DMD from Harvard School of Dental Medicine in 1986, and her medical degree from Harvard Medical School in 1990. Dr. Mirowski completed an Internship in the Department of Medicine at the University of Massachusetts (Worcester) in 1991 and her residency in the Department of Dermatology at the University of California, San Francisco in 1994. Dr. Mirowski is the author of over 20 print and web-based chapters, over 35 peer-reviewed articles and 4 award-winning videos. She is an Associate Editor of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology and an ad hoc reviewer for numerous other publications including the Journal of the American Medical Association. She is Chair or the Membership committee of Women's Dermatologic Society . Areas of interest include: Mucosal disorders including mouth, vulva, genitalia of both men and women. Special interest: Lichen Planus, Lichen Sclerosis, Pemphigus, Pemphigoid, Lupus, GVHD, Vulvodynia, and Glossodynia. |
