The goal of the genotyping core at the Center for Genetic Medicine is to facilitate the use of high throughput technology in genetic research to the Northwestern University investigators by providing access to the core’s instruments and expertise. Currently, we offer high-quality, large-scale DNA extraction, SNP analysis and whole genome amplification.
